ConnectWise Campaign | SPF Requirements

ConnectWise Campaign, though part of the ConnectWise Manage PSA platform, requires a different SPF record to be added to your company’s DNS settings as it does not route through SMTP2Go.  It also requires that each sender’s email, be authorized. Known Issue: Quickbooks Error When Updating Desktop Client | ConnectWise Manage PSA

NOTICE: The following only applies to users of QuickBooks Desktop, which use the built in ConnectWise Integration.  File export/import or QuickBooks Online are not affected.
