Internal forward rules don’t work

  Some users have attempted to create forwards using their own email systems. This is not supported and will not be troubleshooted by our team. If you still desire to attempt this setup, please note that if your email rule re-writes the envelope, then it will fail.  Our system looks for the first sender for parsing.  A forward of a forward will result in an undeliverable message.

ErC API Security Role

  It is considered a best practice to create a security role in ConnectWise Manage for the Email reConnector API connection. ErC needs the following permissions in ConnectWise Manage: • Companies > Company Maintenance: Inquire Level = All • Companies > Contacts: Inquire Level = All • Companies > CRM/Sales Activities: Add Level = All, Inquire Level = All (optional – required for creating activities) • Companies > Manage Attachments: Add Level = All, Inquire

How hard is the setup?

  Typically Email reConnector can be setup in 15 minutes or less. Create your Email reConnector account. Setup the API connection to ConnectWise Manage. Import users from ConnectWise Manage or manually add users. Add a forwarder. Begin using.

Can we add notes?

  Yes!  Any notes entered in the email before sending will appear in the Internal Notes section of the ticket. Use this section to supply known information to your dispatcher or technician who will be working the ticket.
