Q: How do I configure StreamlineIT Members in LaborCast?
A: On the Member Manager page, open the Pay History dialog for the StreamlineIT member. Set the Pay Type to “Hourly”, the Pay Rate to “0.00”, and the Effective date, to the first date the member entered time in ConnectWise Mange. You will also want to set the Special Type option to “Ignore” under the additional settings icon (Blue Gear).
