Email reConnector allows the selection of a status when creating a new ticket.  Using a special created status on the board allows the sending of specialized messages.

  1. In ConnectWise Manage, create a status on the desired service board.
    a. Enable External Contact Notifications.
    b. Add Email Notifications:  Contact for this item.
    c. Add your message.Example:

  2. Login to Email reConnector Portal
    a. Select the desired forwarder.
    b. Select the newly created status
    c. Select Submit to save the settings.
