Drawing from his previous role as the manager of a thriving web design and marketing company in St. Petersburg & Naples, Bradlee has honed his expertise in lead generation, content management, and automated marketing systems. Not stopping there, he also pursued his passion for innovation and creativity within the maker space, where he impressively designed, tested, and remanufactured BMW parts using cutting-edge 3D printing and plastic injection molding technologies.

His journey towards a business consulting career led him to ConnectWise, where Bradlee served as a Partner Support Consultant. There, he deftly flexed his service desk skills and collaborated with an exceptional team to develop indispensable tools for the support department. Notable among these achievements are Indigo, ConnectWise’s Stopwatch feature, an internal cloud logging tool, and a comprehensive internal support Knowledge Base.

A firm believer in the power of ConnectWise’s philosophy, Bradlee’s passion was ignited more than a decade ago when he encountered the company while assisting a Managed Service Provider in Southwest Florida. Witnessing the remarkable transformation and success of that very MSP, guided by the philosophy espoused by none other than ConnectWise’s visionary founder, Arni Bellini, Bradlee found himself hooked on the possibilities the company offered.

Today, Bradlee resides in the picturesque central Florida, where he embraces a vibrant and fulfilling lifestyle. Beyond his professional endeavors, he finds solace and excitement in contributing to the open-source community, notably as a significant contributor to Elastic’s Stack and RT’s Easy Engine projects. In addition, his heart lies with the Center for Great Apes organization, where he dedicates his time on a Bi-Monthly Basis to making a positive impact.
