Meet Matthew, the founder and driving force behind Visionary 360.

With more than three decades in the IT industry, Matthew has built his career at the executive level, serving as CFO, COO, CEO, and President across multiple managed service providers. He understands technology firms from the inside out, not just how they operate, but how they scale, struggle, and ultimately succeed.

In 2009, while participating in a peer group that required standardized financial reporting, Matthew ran into a problem most owners quietly tolerate. The numbers did not align cleanly with operational reality. Rather than work around it, he rebuilt his Chart of Accounts from the ground up to match the required financial structure. That decision exposed deeper configuration gaps inside ConnectWise Manage that were distorting revenue reporting. He corrected the system, realigned revenue categories, and brought clarity to the data. When peers saw the results, they asked him to do the same for them.

That moment became the foundation of Visionary 360.

Matthew launched the company to eliminate the disconnect between operations, PSA configuration, and financial reporting. His focus has always been simple: remove administrative friction, align systems properly, and give technology firms accurate data they can trust. Since then, he has helped IT companies around the world implement disciplined best practices in ConnectWise Manage, QuickBooks, and the broader MSP software stack.

Matthew is known for challenging assumptions, asking sharper questions, and pushing leadership teams to operate with clarity and accountability. His work is rooted in financial structure, operational discipline, and measurable outcomes.

Outside of business, Matthew’s interests span science, technology, and endurance athletics, including long-distance running. He lives in Southern California with his wife, son, and their dog, balancing high performance in business with an active and grounded family life.
