NOTICE OF CHANGE IN TERMS TO THE VISIONARY 360 AGREEMENT EXHIBIT FOR STRATEGIC+ SUPPORT PLAN (“NOTICE”)
Thank you for being a valued Visionary 360 customer. This notice highlights important changes to the terms of your Visionary 360 Agreement Exhibit for Strategic+ Support Plan (“Exhibit”), pursuant to section 12 Miscellaneous of the Master Service Agreement.
The Exhibit now more clearly defines the terms and conditions listed below and will apply to you and your use of Visionary 360 Services. Capitalized terms have the meanings provided in the Agreement.

The Visionary 360 Agreement Exhibit For Strategic+ Support Plan governs your relations with Visionary 360. Changes are summarized below.
The section titled Definition of Terms is to be replaced as follows:
Email Consulting: Delivery of consulting support by email, without connecting to Client Applications.
Remote Consulting: Delivery of consulting support by connecting to Client Applications remotely without interaction with Client. This is sometimes referred to as Behind-The-Scenes (BTS) support.
Consulting Session: Up to one (1) hour forty-five (45) minute Virtual Meeting with a Visionary 360 Business Consultant.
Virtual Meeting: Delivery of consulting support by online meeting software with a Visionary 360 Business Consultant.
The section titled Included Services is to be replaced as follows:
Visionary 360 agrees to deliver the following Services:
- Unlimited Email Consulting
- Unlimited Remote Consulting
- Unlimited Consulting Sessions
- Email reConnector Subscription at no charge while this Support Plan is active
- Mass Maintenance Booster Subscription at no charge while this Support Plan is active
- Discounted hourly rate for Out of Scope Services. (Excludes items listed in the Exclusions section of this Exhibit)
